What: An Estate Auction for Bill and Evelyn Thomas. 

When: A farmland auction where bidders can place per-acre prebids online, then join the Live Online Webcast Auction on December 18 at 6PM. 

Where: All bidding is done online. Prebidding and then a live simulcast Auction all at SHACKBID.COM.  

How: Live Online Webcast Auction with pre bidding at SHACKBID.COM.   There will be a live auctioneer calling the auction over the internet, there will be no in person bidding. If you cannot bid online, and wish to bid by phone please contact our office by 12 noon December 18th to make arrangements to bid by phone.   Farmland is being Sold by the Acre with the Winning Bidder getting choice of the Farm or Farms that they choose. Please note that the high bidder, may choose all 4 parcels if they choose, if the first bidder does not take all parcels, the remaining parcels will be offered by choice again.  This format will continue until all parcels are sold. TERMS: Buyers must Register Online at www.Shackbid.com. 3% Buyers Fee will be in addition to the sale price. In addition a valid drivers licence photo must be emailed to lesley@shackeltonauctions.com no later than Wednesday, December 17 at 5pm. Down payment of $25,000 per parcel will be due by 5:00PM on Friday, December 19th or sooner. Balance due on closing Closing in 45 Days Negotiable
