ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. THIS CATALOGUE IS A GUIDELINE ONLY. HOURS AND MILEAGES ARE AS SHOWN AND NOT GUARANTEED.
TERMS: Internet/handling/administration fee of ten percent on used items with a maximum of $1000 per item, fifteen percent on new items (lots 1101and up) with a $1000 maximum per item. Invoices will be emailed out after the entire auction closes.
PAYMENT: All payments are to be made by Thursday, April 17th at 5:00pm at Shackelton Auctions by cheque, cash or Interac. Credit cards will be accepted with a 3% fee. E-transfer or wire transfer also accepted. E-transfers to be sent to lesley@shackeltonauctions.com. If paying by cheque, please have it made out ahead of time to Shackelton Auctions Inc. to help speed up the check out process.
PICK UP: Friday, April 11th from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday, April 12th from 8:30am to 12:00pm and Monday, April 14th to Thursday, April 17th from 8:30am to 5:00pm. No Sunday loading. All items to be removed by Thursday, April 17th unless prior arrangements have been made. Items left after Thursday, April 17th are subject to storage and loading fees. Loaders, forklifts and loading dock on site. Trucking available.
