 Auction Terms & Conditions: UNRESERVED--Being SOLD to the Highest Bidder!

1. TO BID: A bidder must register on our website complete with all contact details and credit card. No Fees to register.
2. There is a $250,000.00 opening bid.                                                                                                                                                                                         
3. Highest Bid is Subject to Sellers Approval.                                                                                                                                                                              4. The Standard Agreement of Purchase and Sale will be completed and signing done at Buyers Location or Docusign (Online Signature) following Auction Close on Tuesday, September 26.
5. Upon being declared SOLD the purchaser will tender their deposit, an irrevocable (non-refundable) deposit of $50,000.00 will be required from the successful bidder upon acceptance and at signing. This amount needs to be in certified funds, made payable to VANKLAVEREN Auctions Inc. in Trust. The funds must be in the account upon which the cheque is written at the time it is written.                                                                                   
6. Closing will be on Thursday, October 26th or sooner.                                                                                                                                                            7. No conditions may be added to the agreement by the purchaser either at the Auction or otherwise.                                                                              8. Access to property will be at at closing with no exceptions.                                                                                                                                                    9.
